Ground Floor Studio

Our ground floor studio is our largest working space, totalling about 350 square feet. It features all new wiring, including a heavy duty 220V line suitable for welding. Lighting is provided by a a generous array of track lights. Two walls are sheathed in plywood so attaching shelves and fixtures is trivial. The space is heated with its own gas furnace.

 

Heavy or bulky tools or work may be loaded/unloaded in our off street parking area, which is just steps away. For particularly heavy items we can help with our forklift.

 

Rent is $365/month, including heat but not electricity.
